So, what all does a diagnosis involve? That is not an easy question to answer because every computer problem is unique and every solution is a little different. Depending on the problem you are experiencing, a diagnosis can be as simple as looking up some codes in a reference manual or as complicated as running some diagnostics software to help determine the problem. In some rare cases, the computer may need to be partially disassembled in order to really get to the root of the problem. But, again, this is rare.
